SignLink is a secure electronic signature platform that lets individuals and businesses send, sign, and track important documents entirely online. With SignLink, you can upload a PDF, place signature, date, and text fields for each recipient, and invite multiple signers to sign either simultaneously or in a strict sequential order. Every signer verifies their identity by email before applying their signature, and each completed document is protected by SHA-256 hashing to guarantee tamper-proof integrity. Automatic email reminders follow up with signers who haven't yet signed, so agreements close faster without manual chasing.

When all parties have signed, SignLink generates a signed PDF together with a comprehensive audit certificate recording who signed, when, and from where.
